Scam company, they offer non-real services and then don't respond to emails or phone calls.

Contacted Fletcher Kennedy in relation to providing Nominee Director and Shareholder for an EU company. After leaving a message with the reception person, Fletcher called back on 10 June, and we spoke for 35 mins. I was outside the UK, thus the international call was on his dime. During the 35 min telecon which he was paying for, he "promised the world" so-to-speak and so we paused contacting other corporate services providers. On 11 June I sent him an email confirming we had engaged him, and recapping our Nominee requirements. Ultimately, however, he delivered nothing, except a time waste. Rather than conducting himself like a true man (= a male with honour and integrity), by subsequently simply advising, "despite what I promised during our 35 min telecon, I in fact cannot find Nominees", or, "since we spoke, I've changed my mind, and don't want to try to find Nominees", he instead became non-responsive and resorted to 'ghosting' as his means of communicating that he is unable to deliver on his verbal undertakings. We followed up by email, and in one follow-up email asked him outright: "Are you still okay to proceed?" however, he revealed himself to be completely spineless by way of not replying with even a simple: "No.", and instead persisted with the immature 15 year old 'ghosting' strategy. Weak. Pathetic. I don't recommend doing business with spinless weak males. Do business with someone who is forthright that speaks their mind so you know where you stand and don't have your time wasted.

They charged for everything, which I guess is fine, very negligent until it’s time to ask for money. The final act of wickedness was cancelling the service midway through the year, while we were trying to file our annual report. They had been paid for the year and also for the filing. They lied that they don’t provide service for Ireland anymore, but it’s still on their website. In all of this, they have refused to refund the money for the filing and the remaining part of the contract. They don’t answer emails anymore.

Very limited services, hugely overpriced compared to similar companies for no reason at all, slow and negligent - they hadn’t deleted the names of previous customers on some forms that they sent me to sign, which is certainly a breach of their privacy policy.

We have been working on establishing a business using this company for the past 3 months and it's been one excuse after the other until recently when everything seems to have been handled. Thanks you for your time
