I used ABM to help me set up an offshore company in the BVI And use it to register my boat. Mark and Beulah were fantastic. They confirmed the company name in a matter of minutes and after I sent my docs in my company was formed within a day or so. the boat registration process went smooth as well. very solid agency in the bvi. no hesitation recommending them and i'll use them again if I decide to upgrade my boat

We used ABM to set up some offshore corporations, also IBCs in the British Virgin Islands. We worked with Mark, he was great. They got the formation done in a couple of days and we had the actual papers by email first and then by courier a week or so later. They answered all of our questions before we got set up. And most importantly they kept answering questions after we had paid for their services. That is something that we were refreshingly surprised about. We have used other offshore company formation services and a lot of times they basically ignore you once they have your money. Not ABM. They did a great job and we were very happy with how they treated us and continue to treat us. So if you need to set up an offshore BVI company, these are definitely your guys. Nothing negative to say about them at all.
