I like this service very much. First it solves a problem where some states (WA and NY) can't use many exchanges and this service not only is a Ripple wallet but also an exchange. My XRP moved from my current exchange to GateHub in seconds. I had a little trouble getting my BTC into my GateHub wallet but GateHub not only contacted me to notify me that they received my request and that they were working on it, but they resolved it quickly and correctly. The service is little less intuitive in the exchange features of their platform, but other than that, it's been a good service. Security was VERY rigorous in creating accounts and will be near impossible to penetrate. I'm very pleased so for.

GateHub was down and tricky to use, requires id (Like most) but you should be able to use a wallet without an id, and it shouldn't take hours if not DAYS for a confirmation email to arrive. Overall I had a poor experience.
