I have only had good experience with Paradex in the last 6 months. Fast and reliable service. A bonus is that you don't need to do identification verification, because it is just a crypto-to-crypto exchange and does not provide fiat currencies. This is the only limitation that does not take deposit from banks (but allow you to trade anonymously).
